16 yr old female with bluish discolouration of fingers
Cheif complaints
Bluish discolouration of fingers since one month
History of presenting illness
Patient was apparently a symptomatic one month back. Then she developed bluish discolouration of fingers, which was insidious in onset and asymptomatic. There are no aggravating or relieving factors.
No history of shortness of breath
No history of exposure to chemicals
No history of injury or trauma
No history of use of antibiotics
No history of pesticide exposure
No history of fever
No harmful factories around her college
No history of photo sensitivity
Past history
History if similar complaints in the past
Not a known case of HTN, DM ,CAD, seizures TB,seizures, asthma
General examination
Patient was conscious coherent, cooperative
Not adequately built and nourished
Sign of Pallor present.
signs of cyanosis present - bluish discolouration of fingers , and lips dark in colour .
No signs of clubbing , lymphadenopathy , oedema
